Family Constellations
ONLINE PROCESS DECKS
Process Decks for Self-Explorers, Facilitators, Trainers of Family Constellations and Anyone Seeking to Heal Family and Ancestral Wounds
WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellations, a system developed by Bert Hellinger, helps us reveal hidden dynamics in a system – in our family, business, organization or physical body – so we can see where energy is blocked and identify opportunities for creating newfound pathways towards a graceful and steady flow of prosperity, health, harmony and well-being.
It is a potent way to gain insight and find resolution for areas where inherited family trauma lies at the root of an issue, challenge or concern.

What is a Snapshot Session?
A Snapshot Session is a brief, intuitive process that captures an “energetic snapshot” of your current state or situation within your family system, consciousness, or emotional landscape. This session helps you access hidden dynamics, unresolved patterns, or deep-rooted emotions by using symbolic tools to gain insight and clarity.
In a Snapshot Session, the Healing Sentence Soul Movement Cards™ provide concise sentences that offer guidance and resolution. These healing sentences bring focus and direction, helping to uncover and address core issues influencing your current experience.
The Session Symbol Soul Movement Cards™ add another layer of depth by using genogram symbols to represent family members, relationships, and other key figures, such as male, female, or hierarchies in professional or personal dynamics. These symbols visually map out relationships and patterns, offering a clearer understanding of the dynamics at play in your system.
When used together, the Session Symbol Soul Movement Cards™ and Healing Sentence Soul Movement Cards™work in harmony to provide both visual representation and insightful guidance. This combination allows you to explore your situation more deeply, bringing clarity, healing, and transformation.

I created these process decks to support you work with clients online and have a tool to facilitate a process for yourself “on the go”. As such, these cards are only sold as online decks. I have been a facilitator of Family Constellations since 2010. I was fortunate to complete a yearlong program with students of Bert Hellinger, receiving training in the classical approach he developed.
That said, when I first discovered Family Constellation work, it felt like coming home to a system I had already been intuitively using with clients for several years. Influenced by Virginia Satir’s family sculpting techniques and Gestalt practices, the group processes I facilitated often evolved organically into constellation-like experiences.
When I formally encountered Family Constellations, I was in awe. A structured modality existed that so deeply mirrored what had already been unfolding in my sessions and process groups. It strengthened my already intuitive sense that somatic wisdom was key to deeply transformative results—results that bypassed the linear rationale of the mind and allowed access to layers of consciousness beyond ordinary awareness.
My background in family systems and spiritual psychology provides a rich foundation for this work. I bring a deep understanding of relational dynamics and systemic insight to every session I facilitate.
